Jon has spent his working life in service to others as a minister, teacher, government leader and realtor. Jon works very full time in Real Estate and as a leader in Scott County Government. His current duties give him a wealth of knowledge, experience and perspective that helps him to serve his clients with the integrity, service and results that they expect. Carolyn Ulrich

Carolyn Ulrich assists Jon with buyers and open houses on a part-time basis. Carolyn has worked in the long term care industry for twenty-two years. She serves as the Director of Nursing at Friendship Village in Bloomington. She graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN with an RN in nursing. Carolyn has exceptional qualities as a listener and can really hear what clients need and want. She has been very successful time and time again helping clients find their ultimate dream home.

Both Jon and Carolyn have lived in the Twin Cities their entire lives. They bring a rich understanding of life in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul and surrounding suburbs.

James and Stephanie Ulrich

Family is a very high priority for both Jon and Carolyn. Son, James and daughter, Stephanie keep the family going with activities such as hockey, rollerblading, and just hanging out together. James, graduated from Burnsville High School and will be joining the marines. Stephanie, attends Cornell University and plays hockey for the Big Red.
